 WerfenLife, S.A. (“Werfen”) is the data controller, within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), of your personal data and is fully committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy governs the way Werfen (“us” or “we”) collects and uses information through the Werfen Academy site (the “Site”). The Site provides an e-learning platform for users to access Werfen courses (the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy is effective as of February 12, 2019, and has the aim of explaining you how we collect your personal data, what we do with it, for what purposes and the legal basis supporting it, and which rights and claims are associated. Time during which your information will be processed

We will keep your PII for as long as you are Member of the Site (as the term ‘Member’ is defined in the Terms of Service) to address the purposes outlined herein. Once this time has expired, you must bear in mind that certain regulations oblige us to keep such data for a longer period, especially to deal with possible complaints. During this time, we will keep your PII blocked only to comply with the legal obligations applying on us.
