Frequent Asked Questions

Go to the desired course page. Select the “Enroll” button.
Werfen Academy is currently in a promotional release. If you would like access to additional content, please contact your local Werfen representative.
For existing Werfen customers, an Access Code may be provided. Please contact your local Werfen representative to obtain an Access Code.
After you receive your Access Code, input the code into the correct field on your Profile page. Your Werfen representative will inform you if the code applies to Hemostasis, Acute Care, or Autoimmunity.
Operator Training is not available in the promotional release of Werfen Academy. Please contact your local Werfen representative for more information.
Unfortunately, additional content is reserved for Werfen customers. Please contact a local representative for more information.
Functionality for Assigned Courses is not available for the promotional release of Werfen Academy.
Due to high volume, Certificates may take a few minutes to appear after completing a course.

After a temporary Access Code expires you will no longer have access to the Operator Training and/or Education content. To request indefinite access, please contact your local Werfen representative.
